Signature on Delivery 

To minimise the risk of contracting or spreading coronavirus, Australia Post have enabled contactless delivery. This means signatures are no longer required for all parcels, whether you’re collecting from a Post Office or at home.


Notice on delays 

Australia Post are seeing a huge increase in volume as more people are shopping online, which is impacting their network. Unfortunately, this means your parcel delivery may be delayed.

Australia Wide Delivery

We offer free shipping on all orders over $99. Orders under that amount will be charged a flat rate of $9.95 . 


Packages will generally be sent using Australia Post however another local courier service will be used if required.


You will receive an email to let you know your order is on the way.

All  orders will be provided with a tracking number once your order has shipped and will be sent out via email.




Local Delivery

Local Deliver is available to customers located within a 15km radius of The Signature Companies base in Miners Rest Vic. 


Delivers are available Monday-Friday from 9am-5pm. A notification will be sent immediately once the package had been delivered.


Delivery cost is $10.00 with a minimum order spend of $80.00.


Contactless delivery is also available.

Local pickup is available free of charge from 19 Parker Street Miners rest Victoria Australia 3352

FAQ

  • How do I get free shipping?

    Our shipping policy is free Australia-wide standard shipping on all orders over $99.

  • How much is postage?

    For orders under $99, shipping is charged at a flat rate $9.95. For all orders over $99, shipping is free.

  • Do you ship internationally?

    Shipping from us is only available Australia wide at this stage. 

  • How do I track my order from The Signature Beauty Company?

    Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive an email from us with a tracking number and a link to track your order.

  • How long will my order take to arrive?

    We aim to dispatch your order within one day. As soon as your order is dispatched, you will receive a tracking link via email for you to stay updated on when your parcel will be delivered. There are currently some Australia Post delays due to increased demand, please refer to their website to stay up to date.

  • How do I change my delivery address after I have placed my order?

    Unfortunately, we cannot change any order information once your order has been processed. Please ensure the correct post codes are entered and if you are in an office building, please add your company name to avoid your package being sent back to us.


    You will receive your tracking information once dispatched. Please sign up to the Australia Post MyPost tool to redirect your parcel.


    If for any reason you do enter the wrong address, this can delay the package by up to 4 weeks, but Australia Post will eventually return the package to us. We may request payment to resend this out to you.

  • What happens if my package goes missing?

    If your package has been 'stuck in transit' for longer than expected please let us know so we can lodge a 'missing package investigation' with Australia Post. Every missing package will be assigned a unique case number by Australia Post and can take up to 2-4 weeks to locate.


    If the package was delayed due to an incorrect or incomplete address, the item should be returned to us. To have this package resent to the correct address, there will be a $9.95 postage fee.

  • Can you combine my orders and refund my shipping?

    Unfortunately, due to the nature of being an e-commerce store, our orders are immediately processed through to the system. We want to get your goodies to you as fast as possible, so our processing times are very strict! Once an order has been processed through our system, we are unable to make any changes or provide shipping refunds.
