that you are fully aware of your rights when purchasing products (the Products) via our website. Your order signifies your agreement to be bound by these Purchase & Shipping Terms, which constitute the agreement between The Signature Beauty Company and you the customer.

If you are not satisfied with a product that you ordered online once you've had the
the chance to see it first-hand, you are welcome to return it to us within 30 days, unused and in a pristine saleable condition with the original packaging *(with the below exceptions) and we will refund your cost of goods - please note cost of shipping is at the expense of the customer - please ensure you contact us first before returning any goods.

Please contact us with your name, order number, product name, and the reason for return. The Signature Beauty Company will then give you written authorization to return your package with return postage details. Please do not return the item without this authorization from us.
